These terms apply when you use the Ammavin Alamari website or place an order. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from it.

Store and products

Ammavin Alamari sells sarees and related items through limited collections. Availability is subject to change and an item may sell out. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an order where stock, pricing or listing information is incorrect.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings and the character of the material. Blouses or styling accessories shown in photographs may have been used for the photoshoot and are included only when the product description clearly says so. Please review the product details before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted only after the required payment or order confirmation is successfully completed.

Orders and cancellation

We may contact you to verify an order. Customer-requested cancellation is allowed only before dispatch and is not available after dispatch.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, return and refund rules are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund & Final Sale page. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damage, defect, a missing item or a wrong item.

Product care

Please follow the care instructions supplied on the product page or with the item. Gentle wash only applies where stated. Damage caused by use, washing, alteration, storage or failure to follow care instructions is not treated as a product defect.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected content for commercial use, or use it for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The website design, photographs, text, branding and other original content belong to Ammavin Alamari or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a product claim is limited to the remedies available under the applicable order and policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version displayed on the website when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
